Wheeler Middle School
We are looking for Paraprofessional Tutors (PPT) to assist in core subject classes in all grade levels:
• Math
• English
• Social Studies
• Science
Positions are limited to 19 hours/week maximum with no fringe benefits.
Applicants must be able to work flexible hours within the school day.
Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
7:45 – 2:30 pm
Wednesday
7:45 – 11:45 am
Requirements
Interested applicants must have a minimum of 48 semester credits of 100 or higher level courses from a regionally accredited institution of higher education recognized by the Hawaii Department of Education.
In addition, 6 of the 48 credits must have been for math and English courses.
If hired, fingerprinting and a background check will be conducted.
